New Jersey

I attended graduated school, met my life partner, and work in the state of New Jersey. However, for a very long time I resisted moving here, having always lived in southeastern Pennsylvania when not living in Brazil. New Jersey is a crowded, expensive, and often irritating place in which to make a home. However, the people of New Jersey are for the most part wonderfully diverse, progressive, open, and frank (sometimes to a fault). If a state can have a personality, New Jersey’s very much reflects my own. I’ve come to like living here and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else in the United States.
